✅ Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all accessories (if applicable)

  • You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Health and personal care products

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@digitbazzar.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions, including the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.


❌ Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • A clear photo of the product issue

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — no return needed in most cases.


🔁 Order Cancellations

We can only cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been processed by our supplier, we cannot cancel it.


⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
